PRICES: Prices herein DO NOT INCLUDE GST and are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted unless authorised by our office.

SHORTAGES: Shortages will not be recognised unless reported within seven (7) days after receipt of goods. Please advise Invoice Number and total number of cartons received.

FAULTY GOODS: Claims for faulty goods and merchandise will only be recognised within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.

TERMS: Account customers 30 days EOM – Non-account customer prior to dispatch. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Goods remain the property of Supex until they are paid in full.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: Non - Account Customers: Prior to dispatch. Orders will not be processed for any account which has amounts outstanding for longer than 30 days from the end of month. Goods remain the property of Supex Products until paid for.
